LIW - 196.6 / Yesterday - 194.0 / Today - 196.2 (+2.2)
Difference -.4 / Total Loss - 33.80

Ok... So my big 'ol loss yesterday was a fluke because my body found it again the very next day! Up 2.2? Whoa? I'm still under my LIW so I'm not doing a steak day. But I will definitely be watching the scale closely this Holiday Weekend!

Keep in mind that you don't do a steak day until you are over two pound over your LIW, so in your case, not until you go over 198.6.

If you find you're getting close to that number, a clean, simple P3 day should lower it, or a day where you skip breakfast, and eat simply the rest of the day can lower things as well. You're doing great!

Hey girl,

ALl in all, you're still doing great! It's hard to explain sometimes why one day you gain and another you lose. Make sure to keep drinking the water! I cheated last night and had 3 slices of pizza. I think it was going to move me up big time but...I almost dropped 2 lbs. Go figure! I did drink a ton of water after eating it to help flush it out (if that really happens). Also, I walked the golf course instead of riding so that may have helped. Who knows, other days when I've been really active, it seemed that I gained or didn't hardly lose.

You are doing great. I am starting again this weekend for my loading days. I decided not to do the short rounds. I am gonna stick with what works.
