I made it to the gym last night and did a 'Body Works' class.. And i learned how it got its name! It 'sho did work my body! ;) Tonight I did a step class and met a few friends afterwards to do another Body Works class. Different instructor but she worked us MUCH harder than the gal yesterday! I will be paying (in pain) tomorrow.
