Today is my 1st day w/out an injection and doing VLCD. Well, not technically my FIRST day since I've done this a few times with TOM, but my 1st day in transition to P3. Tonight is my company's holiday party so this will be a big deal for me. Our party is being catered by 2 of our employees and all the goodies are in one of their offices. Lots of unacceptable goodies. Very yummy looking unacceptable goodies.

Oh wow, gotta love those parties...not!
Coffee with sweetener is how I get through every social event. Or water. Or a diet soda. For me, it's just not worth having to worry about what the scale will say the next day. And social events are supposed to be about the people not the food (or so I tell myself).

Thanks Susan. I'm gonna try and drink a good size water before hand. Can you believe I don't drink Coffee and I live in Seattle? Crazy!! Thanks for the advice and luck!!!
I went to a holiday party last night. Ugh! It twas tough! Stay strong...more food is coming in just 2 more days
